Girls born 2017-2018 that are registering for Estevan Minor Softball U9 house league in the 2026 season that are interested in playing on a U9 Provincial A team.
Based on number of girls interested we will schedule a time to hold tryouts in April. Team size is ideally 10 girls as batting line-ups in tournaments are limited to a set amount.
Provincial ball teams have the opportunity to extend their season and register for tournaments and fun festivals.
It is a great experience for the girls in a slightly more competitive setting than house softball.
If you are interested in assisting with the team please complete the coaching application (to the best of your ability) under the coaches tab. Coaching at this level does not require any special coaching certification above and beyond the respect in sport certification needed for coaching house softball.
This team will need at least 1 head coach, 2 assistant coaches and a having a manager is ideal.
Support will be given from Estevan Minor Softball to assist with this team!
